6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after order acceptance and dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you must notify us promptly as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless specifically stated on our website. If you provide an address to which we cannot ship, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel your order and issue a refund.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in our Returns and Refunds Policy. To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact@keyteci.shop within the 30-day return window. All returns must be authorized by us in advance; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned product. Please allow a reasonable time for your financial institution to process the refund. We reserve the right to deny or limit refunds if the return does not meet our policy requirements.
